Reinforce Stronger, Longer-Lasting Rubber Performance with Kingdom Tire Cord Fabric

Kingdom Tire Cord Fabric is woven from high-tenacity HMLS polyester, Nylon 6, Nylon 66 or aramid filament yarns, then treated with a precisely controlled RFL dipping system.

Unlike generic suppliers, we develop the dip formulation around your rubber compound — not the other way around. From standard passenger car tires to heavy-duty OTR rubber and bias aircraft tires, every roll ships with a Certificate of Analysis showing actual test results.

The Chemistry Behind the Bond

We don’t sell a standard dip recipe. We develop the RFL system that matches your rubber compound.

Custom R/F Ratio

Match the resin level to your rubber type and cure profile.

Three Material Families

Polyester (HMLS), Nylon 6, Nylon 66 and aramid, each with optimized dip formulation.

Dual-Stage Heat Setting

Gradual drying followed by high-temperature curing eliminates cord shrinkage before vulcanization.

Full Traceability

Every production lot documented from yarn spool to finished roll with COA.
