Reinforce Stronger, Longer-Lasting Rubber Performance with Dipped Chafer Fabric

Dipped chafer fabric operates as an indispensable framework reinforcement within high-strain rubber composites. Manufactured from continuous-filament Nylon 66 yarns, this specialized woven fabric provides the mechanical modulus required to withstand continuous dynamic flexing and mechanical shear stresses.

Treated with a specialized RFL formulation, the fabric secures chemical and mechanical bonding with adjacent rubber compounds. This composite integration prevents interfacial separation, establishing structural durability across passenger tire bead zones, high-speed radial casings, technical rubber sheets, and pressurized hose frameworks

The Chemistry Behind the Bond

Precision dipping formulations and stable thermal fixing processes ensure high interfacial cohesion and structural stability under vulcanization temperatures

High Interfacial Adhesion

Yields peel adhesion values up to 256 N/inch, preventing boundary separation under severe dynamic cyclic loads

Nylon 66 Filament Core

High-tenacity synthetic polyamide backbone provides superior tensile thresholds, high fatigue resistance, and structural elasticity

Controlled Thermal Shrinkage

Shrinkage in hot air remains stable between 5.3% and 5.4% across warp and weft directions to preserve dimensional geometry during curing

Balanced Weave Structure

Weave densities from 16 to 24 ends/inch ensure complete dip penetration, low internal void formation, and uniform mechanical load transfer
